The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Thursday, March 12 reveals Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) will warn Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) about his father.
Also coming up, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will be shocked by Victoria Newman’s (Amelia Heinle) defense of Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). Plus, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will tell Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) he’s going with him to Las Vegas.
Y&R spoilers tease Nick will take a fentanyl pill, as he sits on the patio at Crimson Lights. Right after he downs it, Adam will walk in and ask if he’s all right. He’ll say he’s fine. Talk will turn to Vegas and Adam will insist he’s going with him. However, Nick will worry about what it could do to him. So, he’ll say he’s going on his own.
“You’re either being a martyr or you’re being stupid,” Adam will tell his brother. “I am offering you a gift Nick, just accept it.” He’ll tell Nick he’s the one who needs to deal with Riza. “I don’t like it, I don’t want to put you through that Adam,” Nick will say.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Nick Promises Sharon They’ll Find Matt Clark
Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will walk over and Adam will ask Nick if there’s some other reason he doesn’t want him going to Vegas with him. “Let’s go after this son of a bitch together.” Sharon will say she’d feel better about Nick going after Matt if someone else is with him.
After Adam leaves, Nick will stand up, get a little dizzy and almost trip. But he’ll shake it off, smiling as the fentanyl kicks in. Sharon will return to the patio and Nick will say he’s worried Adam could lose all the progress he’s made. But he’ll also assure her they’re going to find Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) and it’ll be over soon.
At Society, Sienna will debate having a Cesar salad and empanadas. Then she’ll ask Noah if he’s noticed something is off with his dad, because she has. “Certain signs are familiar to me,” she’ll say. But then he’ll get a text from Matt. “Save some empanadas for me.”
Noah will get up and look around but he won’t see any sign of Matt. When he returns to the table, he’ll ask Sienna what she meant about his father. She’ll say she thinks Nick is being overmedicated. He went through his medication so fast. “His agitation, his impatience,” Sienna will add. “The pain in his leg comes on so quickly, just like his mood swings.”
But Noah will defend Nick, saying no wonder he’s agitated, considering Matt is back in the picture. He’ll ask Sienna if she had a problem with drugs. She’ll say no but she’s been close to someone who did. Her brother died of an overdose.
“When I saw that look of calm on Nick’s face after he popped a couple of pills, it gave me chills,” Sienna will tell Noah. “Because it was the same look my brother had on his face when he was high.” Noah will thank her for sharing, but his dad saw his own mother go through a devastating addiction. He doesn’t think he’d fall into that trap.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Adam Looks Wary As He Hugs Chelsea
Meanwhile, Victoria will arrive at the ranch. She’ll ask her mother what’s wrong. “This time your father has gone too far,” Nikki will reply. “He has kidnapped Jack.” She’ll add she heard it directly from Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters).
Nikki will also update her daughter, telling her Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) still owns Chancellor and offered to trade it to Victor for Jack Abbott’s (Peter Bergman) release. Victoria will say if that’s true, they need to think through it logically.
“I don’t believe dad would physically harm Jack,” she’ll add. But Nikki will say she can’t believe Victoria’s defending Victor. “This has to end and I’m going to be the one to end it.” Nikki will say.
Victoria will encourage her mom to call Victor. She will and she’ll get his voicemail. “Yeah, it’s me again,” Nikki will say in her message. “I need you to come home immediately, we have a lot to discuss.” Then Victoria will tell Nikki she’s reactivating her own plan and heading to Milan on the first flight out.
Finally, Adam will return home and tell Chelsea he offered to go to Vegas with Nick. She’ll make a face but he’ll say he wants to help him take down Matt. Chelsea will say there’s one person who scares her even more than Matt, and that’s Spider.
But Adam will tell her he’s only going to Vegas to help his family. “Nick needs all the help he can get.” Chelsea will say she doesn’t want to lose the man that she loves. “Chelsea, you’re not going to lose me,” he’ll reply. “You and Connor are my life and I’m not going to jeopardize that.” But he’ll look a little wary as he embraces her.
